As an Admissions Officer at SAE, IHM, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all student documents are collected and provided to the administration team. The Officer works closely with the Admissions and Administration teams to ensure that student inquiries and enrollments comply with regulatory bodies such as TESQA, ESOS, Skills VIC, DTWD funding, and other compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various departments to confirm enrollment requirements, start dates, orientation schedules, and necessary documentation.
  • Provide support to the marketing and sales teams to facilitate the achievement of monthly enrollment targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applications and admissions in company portals, Dynamic 365, and CRM systems.
  • Ensure prospective and current students receive accurate and timely information regarding enrollment and course details.
  • Stay informed about admissions policies, regulations, and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and institutional requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business administration, education, or a related discipline.

Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, documentation, or a similar role, preferably in a higher education setting.
