Essential Health Physiotherapy is a multi-disciplinary private practice that hosts a team of Physios, Exercise Physiologists, a Dietitian and Massage Therapists across our 2 locatiions. Our high-quality clinical service for the local community has won us over 300 five stars Google reviews and helps us to grow into 2 locations within 3 years of opening.

Essential Health is experiencing a significant demand in our service outgrowing our current capacity. To assist with our rapidly growing service, we are seeking our next superstar Physio to give us a hand in helping our community.

Upon joining our team, you will be greeted with a complete caseload and will quickly develop into a full-time position.

Who will you be working with?

• You will be working alongside a team of driven and result-focused health professionals which includes a highly experienced APA titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.
• Your environment will include a multi-disciplinary modality of care including doctors, exercise physiologists, massage therapists, dietitian, diabetic educator and psychologist.
• You will be supported each time you see a patient with admin support who is there to meet and greet and also to process payment and rebook. That way your only focus is to deliver what you love to do which is to help people.

• Developing skills and clinical growth is our biggest priority. This is why we will provide you with a weekly 1 hour mentoring with our director (APA titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist)
• Turning up at your best every day is key. You will have the freedom of choice in your working hours providing you with the flexibility of work-life balance (early work hours, late start and finish, and weekend work is available)
• We believe in providing administrative support so each of our patient’s needs and wants are met outside of their time with you. You will never feel unsupported as our admin team’s priority is to help you help the patients.

Your Qualifications and Experience

• Fully registered Physiotherapist with AHPRA
• A minimum 3 full days or equivalence of availability
• A current CPR and first aid certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Current professional indemnity and public liability insurance
• Driver's licence and own transport
