About the role

We are seeking a Full Time Nursery Educator to join our passionate and dedicated team at Golden Seeds Early Learning in North Narrabeen, NSW. As a Nursery Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to our youngest learners, aged 0-1.5 years. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the healthy development and learning of our children in a nurturing and supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

• Implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate educational programs for children in the nursery
• Providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment that promotes the wellbeing and learning of children
• Observing and documenting children's progress and development to inform teaching practices
• Building strong relationships with children and their families, ensuring open communication and collaboration
• Adhering to all childcare regulations, policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of care
• Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously improve your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

• A minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
• Experience working in a nursery or early childhood education setting
• Strong understanding of child development and the ability to plan and implement engaging educational activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting the healthy development of young children
• A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
