Position: Full-Time Kindergarten Educator
Room Size: 22 Children
Location: Paralowie 5108 SA

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Educator to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in nurturing and guiding the development of up to 22 young children in a supportive environment, fully stocked with resources.
You will work collaboratively with a full time teacher and support educator within the room.
You will also have opportunities to seek support and guidance from our knowledgeable Educational Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality early childhood education and care to children aged 3.5yrs-6yrs
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate programs and activities that support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure individual needs of children are met.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both children and colleagues.
• Communicate effectively with families regarding their child’s progress and development.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or Cert 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification) is required.
• If you are still working towards your qualification, we offer traineeships to support your professional development.
• Previous experience in a kindergarten or early childhood setting is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills, both with children and adults.
• Passion for working with young children and supporting their growth.

Casual Educator Position:
Diploma or Cert 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification) is required.
