The Wagga Wagga branch of Protech is looking for an experienced Senior Development Manager to perform work with our client, located in Parramatta with a flexible WFH arrangement.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Start: ASAP pending clearance of pre-employment checks
• End: 6 months from start date with high potential to be ongoing/permanent.
• Rate: $90.00 to $105.00 P/H + Super depending on experience
• Hours per day/week: 40 hours a week
• Location: Parramatta with a flexible WFH arrangement

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver social housing projects through various delivery mechanisms, including partnerships with private, not-for-profit, and community housing sectors, aligning with LAHC objectives.
• Establish and manage positive relationships with project stakeholders, including business partners, contractors, external consultants, and Government Agencies.
• Develop and manage projects through the lifecycle, ensuring effective planning, stakeholder management, and financial and risk management processes.
• Drive project outcomes to ensure projects are scoped, planned, costed, resourced, and managed to deliver outcomes aligned with program objectives and client needs.
• Plan, manage, monitor, report, and coordinate governance arrangements to ensure financial, cost, time, and quality of planning, approvals, and project implementation.
• Identify, analyse, and advise on legal, regulatory, and operational risks, and develop and implement risk mitigation plans.
• Drive a culture of innovation and collaboration, evaluating and implementing industry best practices for continuous improvement.
• Prepare strategic and operational documentation, including briefing papers, reports, submissions, and responses for project stakeholders.
• Provide advice and support to the Executive Leadership Team on project development, implementation, management, and reporting.
