Support only works when things run smoothly—when customers aren’t left waiting, when techs have what they need, and when someone is making sure tickets don’t disappear into the abyss.
That someone could be you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Making sure customers get the help they need—without delays or dead ends.
- Logging, assigning to engineers, and following up on tickets that has been left hanging so things actually get fixed (coordination is key).
- Keeping an eye on response times so we don’t miss our SLAs.
- Noticing where things slow down—and doing something about it.
- Making sure reports aren’t just busywork, but actually useful.
What You Need to Bring
- You can talk to anyone – Clients, techs, engineers, managers—it doesn’t matter.
- You don’t wait to be told – If something’s off, you manage & resolve it.
- You know your way around IT support – You’ve done it before.
- You’d rather solve problems than just leave them or rant about it.
