Job Description

We are an established dental practice in Five Dock with state-of-the-art facilities, and we are looking for a cheerful and mature personality to be part of our friendly team.
Must have previous experience as a dental receptionist and dental assistant.

Qualifications & experience

• Must have experience as a dental receptionist. Familiarity with Praktika dental software will be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in writing and verbally.
• Professional Phone Manners and Email communication skills.
• Great understanding of Infection Control
• Time management and organizational skills
• Work independently in a multi-tasking position

Tasks & responsibilities

• Interacting and communicating with patients over the phone, and via emails
• collect and receive payments from patients at the time of treatment
• Inform patients of financial treatment plan options
• Taking Payments and Booking Appointments
• Assisting our Dentist in different procedures if needed
• Sterilisation of instruments
• Cleaning of the surgery room
