π About the Role
We are seeking a Systems Administrator (Risk & Compliance) to join our Legal and Risk, Quality and Safety Team.
Reporting to the Group Risk & Compliance Manager the primary focus of the Systems Administrator role is to provide risk & compliance systems support to the Legal, Risk, Quality, and Safety team.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining, developing, and monitoring GRC systems including but not limited to: CAMMS (risk, incidents, near miss, hazard, and contracts registers), Safety Champion (health and safety software), DocumentHub (document management system), Sharepoint sites, and Standards Australia subscription; as well as clinical platforms such as eCredential, Radprimer, Medality (MRI Online), and Journal subscriptions.
- Managing the rollout of CAMMS to new businesses acquired by IDX.
- Act as main point of contact for all GRC systems queries and issues; including the escalation of issues to third party software vendors and seeing through issues to resolution.
- Extracting and analysing data from GRC systems and identifying trends.
- Assistance with compiling of GRC reports.
- General administration, Microsoft Office, and Sharepoint support to the Legal and Risk team.
- Assistance with accreditation and licencing of radiology practices, including evidence and document gathering and collating.
- Creating and facilitating GRC systems training to the wider business.
- Liaise with professional/clinical/operational staff to improve inputs and outputs of the GRC systems.

- 3+ years' experience working in a systems and reporting role within or on behalf of a healthcare business, with specific focus on Legal, Risk, Quality, and/or Safety systems.
- Excellent Microsoft Office including SharePoint skills.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High level organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure, problem solve and address competing priorities.
- Ability to prioritise work delegated by multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
- Experience in radiology or health industry highly valued.
- Experience with CAMMS GRC System highly valued
- Document control experience will be highly valued.
- Health informatics training or experience will be highly valued.
