Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage daily operations of the swim school during weekends

- Ensure safety protocols and standards are upheld at all times

- Supervise and support staff, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow

- Provide Swim Teaching Relief where required

- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service

- Organise and manage swim classes

Qualifications:

- Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety Certification

- Teacher of Infants and Toddlers Certification (or preparedness to become certified)

- First Aid and CPR certification required
