Hoochery Distillery, is one of Australia’s oldest craft distilleries. It’s a genuinely unique and innovative business. We are seeking a professional, reliable, honest, dynamic human who can prosper in a fast-paced hospitality environment to join our professional team.

Must be available 6 days per week, working weekends and puplic holidays.

Can be a seasonal or permanent position with on going sponsorship an option (approved under the EK DAMA)

Candidates with an Approved Manager Certificate are preferred. And must have previous experience manging people and managing in a hospitality setting.

Extensive knowledge in bar keeping, making cocktails and coffee making (barista) is a ++.

We can offer you accommodation on our farm if required and lots of fun along the way with regular staff events; Croc spotting, hiking, boating and of course some rum and gin tastings!

Qualifications Required:
- Must have current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must hold current drivers license

Desirable Selection Criteria:
- Approved Managers Card

Ordinary Hours:
Monday - Saturday
8AM - 4PM

(work on occasional evening functions/events as well as public holidays required)
