Social Media Manager – Part-Time

Location: Salisbury, Brisbane
Hours: 16-24 hours per week

Bambella Designs is a woman-owned, family-focused small business that creates stylish baby and children’s products designed to make parents’ lives easier. We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to assist in the growth of our online community and strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms. This part-time role offers flexible hours, making it ideal for someone looking to balance work with family life.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to grow engagement and visibility across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
• Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including photos, videos, graphics, and written copy for posts, stories, and reels.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.
• Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and resharing user-generated content.
• Coordinate social media promotions, collaborations, and partnerships to drive growth.
• Track social media performance metrics and provide regular reports on engagement, growth, and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in social media content creation and management, preferably within the baby, parenting, or lifestyle industry.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in social media scheduling tools and basic design platforms (e.g. Canva, Meta Business Suite).
• Experience using analytics tools to inform and refine social media strategies.
• Video editing skills would be highly preferred.
