The Opportunity

We’re looking for a dynamic Educational Leader to join an exceptional Centre in Ballarat. If you’re passionate about early childhood education and ready to inspire both children and educators, this role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

🔹 Lead & Mentor: Guide and support educators in delivering engaging and high-quality programs.

🔹 Innovate & Inspire: Develop and implement a curriculum aligned with the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.

🔹 Support Growth: Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

🔹 Engage with Families: Build strong relationships and encourage family involvement in children’s learning journeys.

🔹 Be a Leader: Play an active role in the Centre Leadership Team and lead Lead Educator meetings.

🔹 Track Progress: Assess and document children’s learning to enhance program planning.

🔹 Ensure Compliance: Maintain regulatory and policy requirements while fostering a safe, enriching environment.

What You’ll Need

✔ Diploma (ACECQA Approved) or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Education (or working towards)

✔ Current Working with Children Check

✔ 2+ years experience in a Lead Educator role or higher within a childcare setting

✔ Strong knowledge of NQF and EYLF

✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills

✔ Passion for early childhood education and child development
