About the role

Reporting to the Early Learning Manager, you will demonstrate leadership through your ability to motivate, influence, mentor, and coach a team of educators while implementing a high-quality early learning program. In addition, you will role model professional practice that is reflective of Gowrie Victoria’s purpose, philosophy and values, and consistent with approved early learning frameworks.

About you

• A Diploma qualification in ECEC or equivalent.

• A strong working knowledge of the NQF and approved early learning frameworks.

• Significant experience in early childhood in implementing programs that are inclusive and respond to the interests, strengths and learning needs of individual children.

• Previous leadership experience in an ECEC setting.
