About the Role
Reporting directly to our hands-on business owners, you will play a key role in managing contracts, optimising workflows, and ensuring our 30-person team delivers high-quality arboriculture services efficiently and safely. This is a unique opportunity to help elevate a growing business to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of contract teams working on vegetation management for utility providers and local councils.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to safety standards.
• Manage client relationships, contracts, and compliance requirements.
• Drive operational efficiencies, workforce planning, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with a strong safety culture.
• Role empowerment and ability influence the entire team.

About You
✔️ Experienced Arborist looking to step up, OR a Project Manager with expertise in forestry, utilities, or a related field.
✔️ Strong leadership and people management skills.
✔️ Ability to manage contracts, budgets, and project timelines effectively.
