About the role
We are seeking a motivated team leader who has a great eye for detail, excellent communication and a passion for gardening. As a team leader, you will be responsible for managing a small team of gardeners perform maintenance and improvement of gardens across numerous sites.

Key Responsibilites
• Maintenance: Mowing, hedging, weeding and general upkeep of gardens
• Pests and diseases: Identify and rectify pests and diseases in plants
• Leadership: Lead by example and provide a working environment where all team
members feel included
• Team organisation: Ensure that all memebers of the team are working efficiently
and performing tasks to a high standard
• Customers: Professionally answer any queries that customes have, and provide
advice when necessary
• Improvement: Assess gardens and maintain a constant eye for improvement

About you
• Prior experience as a team leader in the industry (Certificate III in Parks and Gardens or Horticulture preferred)
• Good work ethic and time management skills
• Drivers licence (Manual preferred)
• Ability to work overtime when required
