About the role

Shelter Real Estate is seeking a Senior Property Manager or a Head Of Property Management to join our small team in Glen Iris.

You will be responsible for BDM and training our staff to ensure a high level of service. You will also have responsibility for a small small portfolio of residential properties, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service to our valued landlord and tenant clients.

What you WILL be doing

• You should already know and if you don't then our experienced PM's will show you
• Working with great owner's as we fire owners' who are not aligned to our values
• Spending time making our Owner's feel loved.
• Ensuring our existing staff maintain our high level of service.

What you WON'T be doing

• Being super stressed from a huge portfolio
• Travelling all over Melbourne as our portfolio is hyper local
• Finance\Accounts\Statements or Trust accounting - we have you covered

What we're looking for

• Years of experience in a property management or Leasing
• Strong customer service orientation - prefer to pick up the phone
• Strong administration skills.
• Ability to follow standard processes and checklists
• Identify how to continue to grow our portfolio
