Are you an experienced Civil Earthworks Supervisor with a strong understanding of culverts? Our client, a well-established contractor in the resources sector, is seeking a skilled leader to oversee civil earthworks projects in the Pilbara.

About the Role:

• Lead and manage site teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Oversee bulk and detailed earthworks with a focus on concreting and structural elements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain project efficiency.
• Monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure high-quality workmanship.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Earthworks Supervisor in the mining or civil construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of culverts.
• Ability to lead and mentor site teams effectively.
• Understanding of mining and construction safety standards.
• Must be Rio and BHP Inducted
• Must have a S26 Certification
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen.

• Weekly Pay
• $72 - $75ph + super - flat rate
