The Role
We are looking for an experienced Reliability Engineer to provide technical expertise in Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) – CAT & Komatsu. This role is 9-months coverage for leave and requires a proactive professional with a strong background in condition monitoring, failure analysis, and reliability reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct condition monitoring and performance assessments.
• Perform oil analysis and failure analysis to improve equipment reliability.
• Develop reliability reports and track asset performance.
• Execute Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
• Interpret Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) results and recommend corrective actions.
• Utilize basic SAP skills to support engineering processes and reporting.

About You:

• Experience as a Reliability Engineer in HME maintenance (CAT & Komatsu preferred).
• Strong understanding of failure analysis, oil analysis, and condition monitoring.
• Ability to perform RCA, FMECA writing, and reliability reporting.
• Proficiency in interpreting NDT results.
• SAP experience – focused on engineering applications.
• A proactive and analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
