About the role

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and energetic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at Manna Loft restaurant. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service, with experience in hosting and producing high quality coffee - training can be provided to the right candidates.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Guest Hosting: Greet and seat guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude, ensuring a positive and memorable breakfast dining experience.
• Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality basic coffee, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks, with attention to detail and consistency
• Customer Service: Address guest inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations about coffee and buffet packages, ensuring all needs are met with professionalism and care.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members, including communication with kitchen and floor team members, to ensure smooth operations and deliver exceptional service to guests.

Skills & experience

• Current NSW RSA.
• Can do attitude with a willingness to learn.
• A friendly, outgoing personality is highly desirable.
• Hosting or barista experience is preferred, but candidates with no hospitality experience are also encouraged and welcome to apply for this position.
