About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at P. Johnson in either our prestigious Paddington or Sydney CBD showrooms, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional experience for our clients. As a Client Advisor and Fitter, you will be trained in every aspect of our brand, from client engagement to garment fitting, while supporting the smooth operation of our showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and Hosting Clients: As the first point of contact, you will create a warm, inviting atmosphere and offer personalized service to ensure an unforgettable experience for each client.
Sales Assistance: Develop your sales skills as you engage with clients, helping them discover the perfect wardrobe pieces that align with their personal style. You will assist clients in building their wardrobe, learning the art of tailoring and selling luxury garments.
General Back-of-House Support: You will assist with showroom operations, ensuring everything is kept in order and supporting the efficient day-to-day running of the store.
Comprehensive Training Program: Receive in-depth training in fabric selection, garment construction, and fitting techniques. You will be mentored by industry experts to build your knowledge and skill set, paving the way for a successful career.
Career Development Opportunities: As part of our growing company, you will have the chance to advance to management roles and participate in exclusive events such as trunk shows, where you can further develop your expertise in the luxury fashion industry.
What We're Looking For:
- A genuine passion for clothing and the art of hosting clients.
- While prior experience in clothing is beneficial, it is not essential. However, a background in hospitality or customer service is highly valued.
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the luxury fashion space.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for providing exceptional service.
