About The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for a Theatre Supervisor to lead our Moncrieff Entertainment Centre. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of theatre operations, leading a dedicated team to deliver high-quality entertainment experiences to the community. Your strategic and operational leadership will ensure the successful coordination, planning, delivery, and evaluation of events at the venue.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or significant experience relevant to the arts and culture industry in regional areas.
  • Strong strategic and operational management experience in arts and cultural services.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and supervise a team.
  • Financial and budget management experience to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Customer service expertise to deliver exceptional experiences for patrons and venue users.
  • Legal compliance knowledge, including liquor licensing, safety regulations, and security procedures.
  • A current Blue Card (or eligibility)
  • Eligibility to be appointed as an Approved Manager under the Liquor Act highly regarded
