Property Manager - Southbank Office & Portfolio!

Our client is looking for an energetic Property Manager with a passion for real estate to join their tight-knit team at their Southbank office!
Come and work in a great positive, collaborative working environment. This Property Manager role is to manage landlords, maintenance, and the "back end" of property management.

Meaning you can have some true work from home flexibility, with leasing consultants and inspections support for the front end property management duties.

JOB DUTIES:
- Manage your own portfolio of ~170 properties (Southbank & Inner city Residential apartments) travelling distance from the office!
- Maintenance requests etc for the portfolio
- Handle emails and enquiries, tenant/owner enquiries etc
- Maintain client relationships

WHATS ON OFFER:
- ~$80-85K + Super + Incentives (dependant on experience)
- M-F role , 1 in 8 Saturdays or less with time in lieu!

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Can do, energetic attitude
- Property Management Experience
- The desire to grow and progress to be the best at what you do
- Car and valid drivers licence
