Opportunity to join as a Property Manager

Work in a high end office with directors who care about property management and their staff and hosts staff events!

We are looking for a Property Manager due to expansion to start working in a fantastic, established office with 30+staff - this is an elite, high performing agency that incorporates latest property management software and embraces forward thinking!

In this role, you will begin by overseeing a portfolio of only 100 properties in the portfolio right now, whilst being paid a full portfolio salary! You will then have the opportunity to continue growing this portfolio, and earn commissions for taking on new properties!

This is a Monday to Friday role with minimal weekend inspections work for the PMs; If any this will be conducted on a rotating roster 1 in 8 or less with time in lieu.

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage your own growing portfolio of residential properties, with the opportunity to grow the portfolio and earn new business commissions - your base salary will also be reviewed and increase for additional properties managed.
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner, tenant enquiries etc
- Deal with compliance, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio, portfolio management day to day duties
- Process applications, leasing etc, if required (leasing consultant support provided)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Solid understanding of property management with portfolio management experience
- Mandarin speaking advantageous but not essential
- Have completed relevant industry training, agents rep certificate etc.
- Good communication skills and admin skills
