Scrum Master – Large Telco Company

• $650 - $700 p/d inc super
• 12 month contract with extensions
• Melbourne CBD / WFH

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring teams adhere to Agile principles and the Scrum framework
• Work within complex client environments, navigating governance, stakeholder management, and organisational processes
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and Agile best practices to teams and stakeholders
• Identify and remove impediments, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team environment
• Facilitate effective communication across teams, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives
• Support teams in Agile delivery, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement
• Utilise Agile project management tools like Jira or Trello to track progress and optimise workflows

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in complex client environments
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and SAFe (if applicable)
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills to drive Agile maturity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in conflict resolution and problem-solving, ensuring smooth project execution
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or equivalent
