Scrum Master / Iteration Manager – CRM Implementation

We are seeking a Scrum Master / Iteration Manager to lead the Agile delivery of a new CRM platform with multiple modules for a high-profile project based in Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, ensuring smooth delivery in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Coach and guide development teams to ensure Agile best practices are followed.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Technical Teams to remove impediments and enhance delivery efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement, ensuring quality outcomes and alignment with project goals.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Iteration Manager in large-scale enterprise projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar).
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Experience with Microsoft D365 would be highly advantageous but not essential.
