About the role

Allied Circle is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our clients. This full-time and part-time role offers the flexibility of working from home, providing you with the opportunity to balance your work and personal commitments. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be instrumental in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention plans
• Providing evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to clients with a range of physical, cognitive, and mental health conditions
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care
• Educating clients, families, and caregivers on strategies to promote independence and participation in daily activities
• Documenting client progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
• Actively participating in professional development opportunities to maintain and enhance your clinical skills

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a community or rehabilitation setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using relevant software and technology to support client care
• Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based care
