Woods & Co Recruitment is partnering with a well-established hospitality brand in South Melbourne that has made a significant mark on the food scene. Known for its unique approach to casual dining with a cult following, this company is focused on growth and the ongoing development of its staff and operations.
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join the team and play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations across several sites. This is an opportunity to be part of a company that is dedicated to providing quality food and exceptional customer experiences.

- Sunday - Thursday | 8.00 AM - 4.00 PM
- A mix of in venue operational work and administrative time in our South Melbourne Head Office.

What do you do?
- Oversee operations for multiple sites, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions.
- Manage a team of 10-15 staff per site, including rostering, hiring, and staff development.
- Conduct regular audits of processes, systems, and maintenance to ensure efficiency.
- Report in to Head of Operations to scale and optimise operations.
- Manage catering, ordering, repairs, and maintenance across locations.
- Roll out L&D internal programs and support mentorship.
What do you need?
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role within the cafe, QSR, or hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams across multiple sites.
- Ability to work meticulously and handle multiple operational aspects.
- Experience with rostering, process audits, and managing external vendors.
- A car and/or valid drivers licence and flexibility to travel between sites.
- Familiarity with systems such as POS (Deputy experience a plus)
- Strong excel & reporting management.
- Proven experience and managing COGs & COL.
