Bay Ten Espresso is an award winning café looking for a Cafe All Rounder with room for growth. This is an opportunity for someone with personality, professionalism and incredible hospitality to work in one of the most iconic locations in the world. We operate in the heritage warehouses in the base of the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

Who we are looking for

Someone who has high energy and can work well under pressure, and work well without supervision. Must have Australian Working Rights. Must be super friendly, a quick learner, must speak fluent English and have a minimum of 2 years specialty coffee experience, RSA is required and Food Safety certifications a bonus. The ability to thrive in a busy environment while staying calm and focused

The Job Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organised front-of-house.
• Take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle cash, process payments, and keep the café running smoothly.
• Work alongside a passionate and supportive team
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regular customers.

Location and Hours
Our location is unique and is in the base of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, built inside repurposed heritage warehouses. We are less than a 5 minute walk from Milsons Point and North Sydney Train stations. We are open Monday to Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm. This means nights and weekends off.
