Your role
Reporting to the Director, Prevention Projects, this role will be part of a committed, dynamic and high performing specialised team, developing resources and conducting reviews about diversity and inclusion within organisations. You will collaborate across the Queensland Human Rights Commission and with the Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner, so that the Commission can embed the Queensland Government's commitment to addressing systemic discrimination and promoting human rights. This will require engagement with duty holders, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders to encourage and support legal compliance and prevent discrimination.
Mandatory requirements
Tertiary qualifications in law, justice or public policy justice focused social sciences, public administration or related areas would be well regarded.

Your statement should include examples of previous performance and demonstrate leadership behaviours at the level of the Team Leader stream.
