Recovery Alliance Care are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate mental health support workers for complex clients.

You would be required to provide recovery-oriented supports to clients to achieve wellbeing goals, life skills, enhance support networks and grow confidence to live independently.

Shifts include: days, nights, weekends, sleepovers and active night shifts.

Role location: Northern Suburbs and St Kilda

ABOUT YOU

In addition to compassion and enthusiasm you'll have:

• Experience working as a mental health Support Worker.
• Experience and understanding of mental health, the impacts of trauma and dealings with self-harming.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Currently hold or willing to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check
• Empathy and a positive attitude towards supporting others
• NDIS Screening Check - not essential but highly desirable
• First Aid-CPR certificate
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect individuals' privacy
• A valid driving license and access to a vehicle is required
