The Role:

Combined with an in-depth product knowledge and customer service skills, the TRS Tools and Parts Coordinator will manage all aspects of parts sales and management. This includes timely ordering for fulfilling customer orders, cost estimating and quoting, coordinating shipping schedules and invoicing of completed sales.

The Tools and Parts Coordinator is responsible for delivering high quality customer service, driving business growth in spare parts and tool sales, and ensuring all sales are completed within the agreed timeframe and budget. The goal is to drive tool and parts sales growth while maximising customer satisfaction, ensuring customer retention and increasing profitability.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Managing all parts sales for TRS products and agency lines, including factory liaison, documentation, NetSuite reporting, forecasting stock levels and any customer issues related to tool and parts sales.
  • Costing and quoting tools and parts.
  • Planning, prioritising and organising daily workload for orders with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Achieving revenue & mark-up targets
  • Regular communication with Customers to ensure all Tools & Parts needs are covered.
  • Attend and assist with trade expos as required
  • Assist with picking and packing Tools and Parts when required
  • Assist with Capital Sales when required
  • Additional duties as required.

To be successful for the role, you must have the following:

  • Previous experience as a Parts coordinator/ interpreter.
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs, forward plan and meet agreed project deadlines and targets.
  • Highly developed customer service and communication skills
  • Engage with suppliers to establish and maintain successful working relationships ensuring successful delivery of tools and parts.
  • Be self-motivated, goal-oriented and have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Strong computer skills and confidence in learning new programs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and an eye for quality control
  • Excellent time management
  • A strong interest in contributing to growth and development of the organisation.
  • Proven commitment to safety

  • Follows workplace procedures and instructions to achieve good OHS practice

  • Uses personal protective equipment as required
  • Report any injury, hazard or illness immediately, where practical to their supervisor
