Senior Front End Developer

6 Month Daily Rate Contract * Multiple Roles * Start ASAP * Bring React, TypeScript, JavaScript, React Native, plus AWS

We have 2x roles with our well-known client based in Melbourne:

Role 1: Senior Front End Developer (bring Leadership experience)

Role 2: Front End Developer

Must have:

• Strong experience JavaScript, TypeScript, React & React Native (nice to have)
• Commercial experience in creating Single Page Applications, knowledge of adaptive and responsive web design principles
• Strong AWS exposure is a bonus
• Git for version control
• Advanced CSS and complimentary extensions like TypeStyle, and FlexBox
• A strong focus on unit testing, integration testing and automation
• Hands-on experience designing, development, and building microservices architecture
• CI/CD - Continuous Delivery (GitHub Actions, Octopus, Jenkins or similar)
• Building scalable and self-healing infrastructure in cloud (AWS certification will be ideal)

Key points:

• Contract for an initial 6 months, extensions likely
• Daily Rate: $850 - $950 per day including Super (potential to go higher for the right candidate)
• Hybrid model: x2 days per week in office (Melbourne CBD based) / 3x days from home
