Essential skills:

• Specific experience within ServiceNow Frontend application and module development;
• Demonstrated knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS (or modern frameworks), and client/server scripting within ServiceNow;
• Demonstrated experience in HRSD implementations, customer engagement modules, and catalog development within ServiceNow.
• Experience developing service catalog structures, categories, and items that support end-users in efficiently finding and requesting services.
• Experience within an Agile environment;

Desirable but not essential

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or HRSD Implementation Specialist.
• UI / UX Design and development;

About the Role:

As the main ServiceNow Front-End Developer, you will:

• Design & Develop interactive, user-focused interfaces using ServiceNow (including HRSD, Customer Engagement, and Service Portal).
• Build & Maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and streamlined self-service options.
• Customize & Automate front-end solutions (client scripts, UI policies, and widgets) to meet evolving business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful HR workflows and innovative customer-facing portals.
• Integrate with internal systems and external platforms for a seamless user experience.
