Pearl Recruitment are partnering with a leading company specialising in high-end fabrication and construction within the oil and gas sector focusing on structural, mechanical, and piping fabrication in their search for multiple Boilermakers, Structural Welders, and Coded Welders for a workshop-based role in O’Connor.

What’s on Offer?

• Boilermakers: $55 p/h - $60 p/h
• Welders: $60 p/h - $65 p/h
• Days of Work: Monday – Sunday (10-12 hours per day) with flexible scheduling available.
• Duration: 6-10 weeks (potential for extension)
• Start Date: TBA – Express your interest now!

Main functions of the role will include the below:

This role will see you fabricating and welding high-pressure gas and heavy-wall piping, interpreting and working from detailed workshop drawings, performing maintenance work in a high-spec environment, completing structural and coded welding tasks as required, and ensuring all work meets stringent quality and safety standards.

To be successful in this position, you will require the following:

• Trade Certificate/Welding Certificate
• Strong fabrication and welding skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment
• Construction White Card
• Ability to pass a weld test
• Driver’s License and a reliable form of transport
• Ability to pass a drug & alcohol test and medical
