This role is a Field Service Mechanic/Technician position, where you will attend breakdowns on the road and work from the field.

You'll be responsible for delivering on-call service, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles out in the field as needed. Some of your time will be spent in our workshop for maintenance tasks as well.

A Day in the Life:

• Field Service Focus: Attend breakdowns on the road, diagnosing and repairing trucks, trailers, and buses efficiently.
• Customer Interaction: Deal directly with customers in a professional manner, offering effective solutions while maintaining strong relationships.
• Safety First: We are committed to your safety and the safety of the community. You will be expected to adhere to strict safety standards while performing your work in the field.
• Work in both the field and workshop environments, depending on the task at hand.
• Communicate with fellow technicians, customers, and advisors to deliver the best service.

What you need to bring to the table:

• A Cert III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Technology (or similar).
• Full Australian work rights.
• A positive, safety-focused mindset and a drive to succeed.
• At least 1 year of experience working on trucks, trailers, or buses.
• Valid drivers licence, MR/HR desired.
