For over 10 years, we’ve been proud to serve our customers with exceptional products and a personalised shopping experience. With two brick-and-mortar stores in Camberwell and Melbourne CBD, we’re in a phase of exciting growth, with plans for additional locations on the horizon.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in a retail e-commerce environment is a must.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or a related field.
• Hands-on experience managing a Shopify retail store platform is highly valued.
• Demonstrated expertise in generating and optimising email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo.
• Strong experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Solid experience in creating and managing social media content, including the production of photos and videos that engage and inspire customers.
• Experience writing and publishing customer-focused blogs is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and suppliers.
• A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and works well independently.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Manage Online Content & Inventory: Oversee product listings and ensure accurate placement and organisation of inventory on our Shopify store.
• Website Management: Take responsibility for the website backend, ensuring smooth functionality and seamless customer experience on Shopify.
• SEO & Google Ads: Optimise organic traffic through effective SEO strategies and keyword utilisation. Manage Google Ads campaigns to drive visibility and traffic to the website.
• Social Media Management: Plan, create, and post engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Content Creation: Write, schedule, and publish customer-focused blog content that resonates with our audience and supports overall marketing goals.
• Online Promotions & Events: Plan and execute online promotions, sales events, and special offers. Monitor performance and adjust strategies to maximise engagement and results.
• Customer Communication: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages via email or social media channels, maintaining a positive and professional tone.
• Order Fulfilment & Shipping: Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of online orders, overseeing the shipping process and customer satisfaction.
