Wolfcon is a hands-on crew keeping NSW’s highways clean, safe, and well-maintained. With over 40 staff managing major contracts for TfNSW, councils, and private companies, we take pride in delivering quality work that road users can rely on.

The Role:

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to step up, take initiative, and get the job done. If you like physical work, take pride in a job well done, and want to be part of a crew that keeps NSW’s roadsides in top shape, this is for you. The job is based in the Narrabri area, working along the Newell and Oxley Highways.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working in a small team to keep rest areas and roadsides clean and functional.
• Operating equipment like zero-turn mowers (we’ll train you if needed).
• Cleaning toilets and rest areas to maintain hygiene standards.
• Removing litter, managing vegetation, and carrying out basic repairs.
• Keeping records of completed work—straightforward, no fuss.
• Working public holidays as part of a rotating roster (penalty rates apply).

What You Need:

• White Card + driver’s licence (P2 or higher).
• Willingness to travel and stay away occasionally (1-5 days at a time).
• A solid work ethic, reliability, and a proactive attitude.

Extra Skills That’ll Come in Handy::

• Traffic control tickets.
• ChemCert certification.
• First Aid training.
