Who We Are

With a team of 600+ energetic support workers (including pro athletes!), we help over 800 participants live their best lives across four states.
Now, we’re expanding our Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP) team in NSW and we need YOU to help lead the way!

What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement proactive, person-centred behaviour support plans (BSPs).
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments and create data-driven strategies.
- Collaborate with families, allied health teams, and carers to ensure top-tier support.
- Support and train support workers and stakeholders to put BSPs into action.
- Continuously review and refine BSPs to match evolving participant needs.

- Organised, adaptable, and ready to tackle new challenges head-on.
What You Bring:
- Essential: A BSP qualification (minimum Core), registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
- At least 12 months’ experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
- Current Working With Children’s Check, National Police Check, and NDIS Worker’s Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
- Added bonus: relevant qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or Allied Health (e.g., Speech Pathology).
- A commitment to ongoing learning and development in the field of behaviour support.
