My client is a specialist Management Consultancy working with large Federal Government clients helping to deliver business and digital transformation. They provide business and technology strategy to their clients which in turn increases performance and productivity.

Due to continued growth they are looking to hire a Senior Manager to join the team. As the successful Senior Manager you will be working with executives across Federal Government providing strategy and solutions to help improve their environments.

Position responsibilities:

• Work closely with senior executives to understand their pain points and objectives
• Provide strategy, solutions and innovative ideas to aid client's transformation projects
• Manage end to end consulting projects
• Provide thought leadership to Government clients and become a trusted advisor

Position requirements:

• 6+ years experience in consulting, Federal Government or client facing roles
• Plan and deliver consulting projects
• Exceptional ability to problem solve and conceptualise solutions
• Bachelors Degree
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Australian Citizen ideally with Baseline Clearance
