As a Senior Site Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on site while overseeing teams, managing subcontractors, and keeping everything on track with budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure smooth execution on projects ranging from $50m - $200m
• Lead and mentor site teams to achieve the highest standards of safety and performance.
• Oversee the daily operations, including scheduling, materials management, and subcontractor supervision.
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions swiftly.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, project stakeholders, and senior leadership.

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years experience as a Site Manager delivering complex commercial projects upwards of $50M.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, health & safety, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
• A strong attitude with a committment to delivering quality projects.
