The Role:

As an HVAC Account Manager, you will ultimately be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of HVAC projects and services. You will act as the key point of contact between their platinum clients and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of platinum accounts across commercial, educational, fitness & aged care clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify business opportunities and drive sales growth via upselling and cross selling.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure successful project/Service delivery.
• Provide technical advice and solutions tailored to client needs when required.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry

About You:

✅ Experience in HVAC, mechanical services, or a related industry.
✅ Proven track record in account management, sales, or business development.
✅ Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and solutions.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team.
✅ A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within Melbourne.
