Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Cost Management & Reporting – Maintain, develop, and implement robust systems to track and report on forecast and actual costs.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience – 5+ years in a cost control role, ideally within the construction industry.
• Qualifications – Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• Technical Skills – Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel expertise is a must!), plus a solid understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and cost management.
• Attention to Detail – A meticulous approach to financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times.
• Problem-Solving Mindset – Proactively identify financial risks and mitigation strategies to support project success.
