We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join their team and provide essential support to lawyers and legal professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced legal environment while working closely with a collaborative and professional team.

What will you do?

  • Provide high-level administrative and legal support to legal professionals.
  • Prepare, proofread, and manage legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, liaising with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage and organise electronic and physical legal files to ensure efficient record-keeping.
  • Conduct legal research and assist in drafting legal documents as required.

What do you need?

  • Previous experience in a legal assistant, legal secretary, or administrative role (preferred).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach with a willingness to learn and grow within the firm.
