Are you passionate about providing quality care and making a positive impact in the lives of those in need? As a Direct Care Worker with us, you’ll support residents by delivering exceptional care in a respectful and nurturing environment.
In this role, you will assist residents with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks while also contributing to their emotional and social well-being. Whether it’s helping with hygiene, providing diversional therapy, or ensuring safety through risk assessments, your presence will make a difference. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team, assist with training, and ensure operational efficiency through tasks such as maintaining cleanliness, managing equipment, and contributing to client assessments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Completed AQF Certificate III (WHA3) or Certificate IV (WHA4) in a relevant field.
- Experience in direct care services, particularly with aged, frail, or disabled individuals (WHA4).
- Strong commitment to customer service and quality care.
- Ability to exercise independent judgement, while collaborating with the team.
- Computer proficiency and knowledge of health and safety standards.
Please note this position is multi-classed as WHA4 or WHA3 and classification will be determined by qualifications and experience.
