About the Role

Our Accounts Receivable Officer is a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, focused on the reduction of outstanding creditors debt and ensuring compliance with company credit policy.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Debt collection and progress reporting.
• Coding and allocation of debtor remittances.
• Account reconciliations.
• Management of customer refunds.

Success Factors:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills, adept at adapting style to suit audience.
• High attention to detail and deadline driven, able to prioritise and work efficiently under pressure.
• Process orientation and drive to deliver outcomes.
