Job Opportunity: HCM Senior Business Analyst

Location: Sydney Metropolitan - Multiple Sites
Contract Duration: 12-Month Contract

Company Overview:

Talent International is partnering with a large government organization to seek an experienced HCM Senior Business Analyst who will play a crucial role in transforming HR services and improving project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis activities for HR transformation projects, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors implementation and related modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and create detailed documentation.
• Map business processes using Signavio and develop Standard Operating Procedures.
• Support the implementation of Job Architecture using Job Profile Builder, SAP ECC, and SAP EC.
• Engage effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet business needs.

Key Criteria:

• Experience: A minimum of 10 years in Business Analysis, specifically in service transformation projects within the HR domain and complex HR project management environments.
• HCM Expertise: Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Reporting, Recruitment, and Onboarding modules.
• Job Architecture: Experience in the implementation of Job Architecture and associated tools.
• Attention to Detail: Strong documentation skills and a meticulous approach to stakeholder engagement.
• Process Mapping: Proficient in business process mapping with a focus on creating and documenting processes clearly.
• Public Sector Experience: Prior experience working within a large public sector department.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, developing tailored solutions.
• Strategic and Hands-On: Demonstrated capability to balance strategic thinking with practical support and delivery.
• Tools Familiarity: Experience with JIRA and Confluence (or equivalent) for managing requirements, risks, and issues.
• Consulting Experience: Consulting background is advantageous.
