This position will be based in our Moonee Ponds office. The successful candidate will provide admin support to the wider OT Group team.

About the role
This is a permanent full time, in office, role to assist with the smooth running of our Moonee Ponds Practice.
Administrative tasks include:
- General administration duties including file and document management.
- Supporting therapists with new referrals, appointment booking and calendar management.
- Managing incoming and outgoing referrals and enquiries.
- Managing and inputting NDIS Service Agreements.
- Accurate data entry and management.
- Management of office supplies.
- Assist with the onboarding of new staff members.
- Creating and maintaining cloud-based case management records.
- Basic bookkeeping, invoicing and account management.
- Liaising with the NDIA where required.
- Following and upholding policies and procedures.
- Use of practice software and Microsoft Office.
- Day-to-day problem solving.
- Adhoc requests or duties where required.
About you

- Demonstrated initiative and enthusiasm.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to complete multiple tasks to a high standard.
- Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot issues.
- Working With Children’s Check or eligibility to apply.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or eligibility to apply. (This is required prior to commencement of the role).
- National Police Check.
- Current drivers' licence and vehicle.
Highly desirable
- Experience working in the NDIS Sector.
- High level understanding of the Support Coordination role.
- Experience with Xero or similar systems.
