About our Client:

About the Role:
As a Clinical Compliance & Quality Lead for their Aged and Community Team, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical governance, ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, and driving continuous quality improvement. You will mentor and guide our workforce to provide exceptional, person-centred care while maintaining regulatory adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure services meet Aged Care Quality Standards, legislative requirements, and best practices.
- Oversee clinical governance, risk management, and incident reporting.
- Lead accreditation and compliance audits, ensuring regulatory adherence.
- Conduct client assessments and develop personalized care plans.
- Provide skilled nursing care and oversee in-home support services.
- Review care provision to ensure safety, effectiveness, and quality.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize client outcomes.
- Advocate for client rights and promote continuous improvement in care.
Essential Criteria:
- Current Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
- Extensive experience in aged care, clinical governance, compliance, and direct service provision in in-home care environments.
- Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and best-practice aged care models.
- Proficiency in clinical documentation, risk management, and reporting systems.
