Key Information:

• Location: A welcoming nursing home in Hawks Nest with fewer than 100 beds.
• Salary: $42.29 - $56.12 per hour (dependent on experience) + Super + Salary Packaging (up to $15,900)
• Structure: Facility Manager > Care Manager > Care Staff
• Join a large & well-established not-for-profit Aged Care provider.

Highlights of the Role:

• Collaborative Environment: The nurse will work closely with a team of Medical and Allied Health Professionals, advocating for the residents’ quality of life.
• Supportive Atmosphere: Mentoring and supervising Personal Care Assistants will be a key responsibility, fostering teamwork and excellence among staff.
• Flexible Shifts: With part-time permanenet shifts, the nursing home requires a Nurse keen on Night Shifts.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• AHPRA Registered Nurse: Essential requirement.
• Experience: Prior experience in Residential Aged Care is desirable; however, candidates with Community Aged Care or Hospital Nursing experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Commitment: Full working rights in Australia are necessary, as the provider is unable to offer sponsorship.
