About the role

Earthcare Recycling Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Skid Steer/Bobcat operators to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in our residential construction & waste management operations.

What you'll be doing

• Operate and maintain skid steer loaders (Hand & Foot Control Bobcats) on residential construction sites
• Perform material handling tasks such as loading, unloading, and moving materials around the site
• Ensure all equipment is operated safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards
• Carry out routine maintenance and basic repairs on the equipment
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating skid steer loaders, bobcats/skid steer
• Proven ability to safely and efficiently operate a range of construction equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Current Australian driver's licence (minimum HR) HC preferable and Construction Induction (White) Card
